Kagoshima is located in the southernmost agricultural town of Kyushu. The mild climate and beautiful scenery have nurtured the most produced "Kagoshima Wagyu" in Japan. It is evenly distributed, and the meat is delicate and tender, and melts in the mouth. The ribeye is from the sixth to twelfth rib on the back of Kagoshima Wagyu beef, near the dorsal side. There are abundant oily spots on the naked eye, and there is usually obvious oil in the center, and the meat is tender.

 肉眼是來自鹿兒島和牛背部第六至十二根肋骨,近背側的位置。肉眼油花豐富,中心部分通常會有明顯的油脂,肉質柔嫩
