Terms and Condition
The delivery service is limited to Hong Kong and designated areas^, and does not include restricted areas, remote areas, floors without direct lift access, and is not applicable to the following areas:
Sha Tau Kok, San Tin, and Ta Kwu Ling.
If you want to inquire, you can WhatsApp 9335 9805 to place your order before 12pm.
1. Please atleast order 3 working days in advance (exclude public holiday; Sunday with only purchase $1000 or more).
2. Delivery time: 1pm noon to 6 pm on the day of delivery (no delivery at other times)
3. Once the delivery date and location are confirmed, they cannot be changed on the day of delivery.
4. If the goods cannot be received after logistics delivery, an additional fee of $55/time will be charged.
5. If you want to change the delivery date, you must notify us at least one day before delivery.
6. The exact delivery time cannot be provided on the delivery day, the delivery person will contact you before delivery.
7. If the customer fails to receive the goods within the confirmed time on the delivery day, the delivery service will be cancelled.
8. Customers are required to pay an additional fee to arrange re-delivery, the fee is depened on location. Range from $55 to $150.
9. Park Island can drop off goods for free for half an hour. If the customer fails to pick up the goods at the agreed time, the overtime parking fee must be paid by the customer.
10. If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, the delivery service will be suspended and we will contact you to make further arrangements.
