American Angus Sirloin CAB, Certified Angus Beef (C.A.B) from the United States is a certification that can only be obtained for high-quality, juicy and fatty Angus beef. Sirloin is the meat located on both sides of the spine of the hindquarters of the cow. This part is close to the moving muscles of the legs, is slightly chewy, has less fat but is evenly distributed, has a stronger beef flavor, and a richer taste.  Because these are frozen ingredients, please store them in a -18 degree refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving them.
